As of 2026, my practice has transitioned to a private-pay model and I do not accept insurance for new or returning clients. This shift allows for a higher level of clinical flexibility and privacy in our work together.

If your plan includes Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for our sessions. I provide monthly Superbills (service receipts) that you can submit to your insurance provider for this purpose. I recommend contacting your carrier directly to verify your specific OON coverage for mental health services.

Fees generally range from $180 to $360 depending on the specific service provided. Typical session fees for 2026 include:

Initial Intake Session (60 min): $220
Individual Therapy (60 min): $200
EMDR Session (90 min): $260

A comprehensive list of all service types and rates is included in the financial agreement, which you will review and sign prior to our first session.
