If you read through the "You feel..." and "Maybe you have been..." sections above, I have a confession: those were once my own internal monologues, and I felt every bit of that weight in my own mind and body.
My search for a way out eventually led me to professional training as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, yet the true shift came from exploring who I am and how I want to live. I’ve been building a life of agency I once thought unreachable.
That is why I founded ROU Like Water. As a craftsman of human systems and a grounded co-navigator, I use tools like ACT, EMDR, and Parts Work to help you transform intensity into vitality. Together, we will organize the complexity of your life into the “personalized manual” I once sought for myself.

This coordination provides the groundedness required to choose your own direction even in a strong current.
